Modern Masonry Construction

Build Additive HAUS systems are designed for conventional residential builders who want to deliver concrete homes without hiring specialists or managing complex logistics. This is production equipment built for the jobsite.

  • Code-compliant construction—Certificate of Occupancy achieved
  • CSA mortar eliminates cracking—6,000 PSI, stocked at 2,000+ US locations
  • Made and supported in USA—domestic manufacturing and engineering
  • System sized for small to medium size construction

Production-Scale Output, Compact Footprint

HAUS systems print masonry walls up to 13 ft in height, covering 800 square feet per position—on-site or off-site. No special site preparation is required for jobsite printing.

No Specialists Required

No CAD skills, no programming expertise, no robotic technicians required. We provide validated, print-ready G-code files for your projects.

Durable and Available Mortar

HAUS systems use CSA mortar with virtually no shrinkage, eliminating cracks while delivering 6,000 psi strength and proven durability. Stocked at 2,000+ US locations, the material sources locally with no specialized supply chain.

Made and Supported in USA

Manufactured in the United States with domestic supply chains and local support infrastructure. Our engineering and technical support teams are US-based, work in your time zones, and understand US construction practices.

PROJECTS

Troy, AL - Coming March 2026

This 1,552 SF 3D concrete printed home in Troy, AL demonstrates residential-scale automated masonry construction. Printed on site. Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms. Open-plan living, kitchen, and dining with 10' ceilings. Polished concrete floors throughout. Interior walls finished with traditional lime plaster. The design showcases how 3DCP accommodates both modern open layouts and traditional finish materials.

St Petersburg, FL - Coming April 2026

Designed by Antistatics Architecture for a narrow, deep lot in St. Petersburg, FL. 1,583 SF with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Lime plaster exterior with curved walls optimized for 3DCP construction. Printed on site from only 4 printer positions—demonstrating efficiency on constrained sites. Construction starting Spring 2026.

Panama City FL - October 2025

The owner of this coastal property wanted distinctive architectural columns that would stand out. Using 3DCP, they achieved complex twisted geometry with basket weave structure—design complexity impossible with traditional concrete forming. Printed off-site for consistent quality, then installed and filled with structural concrete on-site."

North Port, FL - April 2025

750 SF (980 SF with garage), 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms in North Port, FL. Walls printed off-site, then transported and installed on prepared slab. Demonstrates modular 3DCP approach for entry-level housing. Concrete construction provides hurricane resistance critical for Florida coastal areas.

Troy, AL - June 2024

Operational demonstration building at Build Additive's Troy, AL facility. Shows completed 3DCP structure with multiple finishing techniques: roof integration, door and window installation, MEP systems, interior plaster, and exterior finishes. Available for builder visits to examine construction methods, material quality, and integration details firsthand.

3D Concrete Printers

Build Additive manufactures automated masonry systems for residential construction and education. HAUS systems deliver production-scale printing for builders constructing concrete homes at volume. LAB systems provide educational platforms for universities and research institutions. Both systems feature CSA cement technology that eliminates cracking (though compatible with any 3DCP mortar), complete integration, and US-based manufacturing and support.
